Production of a unit for preparing silencing fluids for the needs of JSC "Orenburgneft"has been started.

       As part of the project for the production of axles for trailer equipment, tests were carried out on a new one-piece axle beam with a load capacity of 12 tons produced by LLC " Unicom»
   Tests for cyclic durability were carried out in the Scientific and technical Center of PJSC "KAMAZ". During the tests, the whole-forged axle beam withstood 1 million cycles without fracture and cracks, which corresponds to OST 37.001.671-2002.

     27.11.2018 the Plant "Unicom" took part in a Technical meeting with manufacturers of components and finished equipment to discuss the possibility and necessity of production of domestic pneumatic brake systems and axial units for trailers and semi-trailers. The event was moderated by the center for Agricultural engineering of the Federal state unitary enterprise "NAMI "and the Russian Association of manufacturers of specialized machinery and equipment"Rosspetsmash".
     Two issues were considered during the discussion: 1. Production, use of pneumatic systems of domestic production; 2. Production in the Russian Federation, the use of axes (axial units) of domestic production for trailers.
