     In August 2018, the plant "ZNPO Unicom" on the instructions of the General Director of LLC "GEOS" was designed and manufactured using a unique technology in the shortest possible time (seven days!) Processing capacity: 5.PDA "Unicom" explosion-proof performance. It is intended for the cleaning of dehydration columns at the Kashagan field of North Caspian operating company NV (NCOC, North Caspian project, Offshore platform).
     Spiral multilayer polyethylene technological capacity-thermos ET5.Kptke "Unicom" is chemically neutral and made in an explosion-proof version with an internal diameter of 1.5 m and a length of 4.0 m, has two inputs and outputs with a lower generator on both sides. The end of inputs-outputs of BRS 2”. Explosion-proof heating elements of required power are installed in the tank from opposite sides. Explosion-proof electric power shield for heating elements is located on the end wall of the container for easy operation. To control the level of filling and temperature of the liquid, measuring equipment is installed on the tank.
     Capacity FROM 5.KPK "Unicom" was used to heat up to +60oC washing circulating liquid based on organic solvent butylcellosolv. At the first stage, water was heated in the tank in the required volume, which was then pumped into the column. When filling the column with the necessary amount of hot water, the whole system was started for circulation and butyl cellulosol was introduced. During circulation in Capacity E T 5.CPC "Unicom" maintained the level above half and continued to heat the circulating fluid to the required +60^oC.
     The works on purification of dehydration columns at Kashagan field of North Caspian operating company N. V. ("NCOC") were carried out successfully.
     We recommend to use the technological Tanks of the project KPTKE "Unicom" for washing equipment from deposits, including from asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ASPO), using heating not only in marine, but also in traditional oil and gas fields.

     LLC Plant of the oilfield equipment Unicom successfully realizes the course accepted in 2014 by the government of the Russian Federation: quickly to realize a task of the accelerated import substitution.

     As part of this task, the company "Unicom", has developed and manufactured a unique type of equipment proppant dosing unit (UPD Sand Feeder).

     In the period from 01 to 15 August, at the production site of LLC "Plant of oilfield equipment Unicom" located at the address: Sverdlovsk region, Pervouralsk, Furmanov str. 25, will be held a presentation (UPD Sand Feeder).

     LLC ZNPO Unicom made shipment of a solution and salt knot with productivity of 300 cubic meters/day. for the needs of JSC "vchng". At the moment, the installation supervision is carried out.
     In this solution-salt unit 90% of components of Russian production. As part of the DCS used polyethylene tanks, allowing to increase the service life and reduce the cost of maintenance and repair.

  In September 2017, the specialists of LLC "Plant of Oilfield Equipment "Unicom" began the development of the installation for storage and delivery of proppant. The project is implemented within the framework of the Company's participation in the implementation of the import substitution strategy, as this equipment has not been previously produced in the Russian market.
     This unit is intended for use in multistage fracturing for storage and dosing of proppant. The design of the plant is based on Western technologies, as well as on the plant's own developments.
     At the moment, the work on the project is coming to its conclusion. Upon completion, the plant will be sent for trial operation.

The shipment of the solution-salt unit with a capacity of 300 m3/day for the needs of PJSC "ВЧНГ"has been completed. For storage of a ready solution in this knot the capacities in volume of 100m³ executed on technology of multilayered polyethylene tanks "Unicom" on the basis of spiralnovityh profiled pipes are used. These tanks are not subject to corrosion, which is very important when working with aggressive environments.

In 2015, the plant UNIKOM was sent for trial operation in CJSC "EPRS", Nizhnevartovsk, technological capacity polyethylene ET12.SPE volume of 12 m3. To date, 132 wells have been repaired at this capacity, with a total move to a distance of 2200 km. during the operation, only positive characteristics of the capacity were noted: low weight, lack of corrosion, high thermodynamic properties.

At the moment, the period of controlled operation is over and the company CJSC "EPRS" decided to expand the tank fleet with similar technological equipment.

To date, ahead of schedule, the production and delivery of the solution-salt unit for the needs of LLC "RN-Yuganskneftegaz"has been completed. This unit is based on the technology with the use of vertical tanks of solution preparation. This technology can significantly reduce the time required for complete dissolution of dry salt, thanks to the installation of hydraulic monitors and paddle agitator.
