CJSC "ZNPO Unicom" in October 2012 held another presentation of the steam generator set. This time a steam generator set based on the all-wheel drive GAZ 33086 was presented. The demonstration of the equipment was carried out at the production sites of well overhaul enterprises in the Volgograd region and in the city of Saratov.

During the presentation, a test was successfully carried out to clean oilfield equipment from paraffin and fuel oil deposits. Invited to the presentation of oilfield service enterprises were clearly demonstrated the capabilities of the steam generator set, ease of maintenance and the economic component of the work of this CCGT. As a result of the negotiations, contracts were concluded with several enterprises for the supply of steam generator sets.

Company ZAO "ZNPO UNIKOM" continues the development of partnership relations with the CIS countries.   During a series of events in July 2012, a contract was signed for the supply of more than 80 units of equipment for JSC "RD "KazMunayGas". The company specializes in production of automobile springs and is the reliable supplier both for "VOLVO", "SCANIA", "MAN", "Mercedes-Benz", and for plant "Unicom".

During the one-day visit, Mr. OU ZUXIAO was given a tour of the plant, demonstrating a wide range of manufactured products, as well as technological equipment of the enterprise.

Mr. OU ZUXIAO also had the opportunity to visit the monument "EUROPE-ASIA". Being on "different parts of the world", the partners exchanged a strong handshake.

During the negotiations, Mr. OU ZUXIAO expressed his desire to increase the range of products for the plant "Unicom".

30.05.2012 at the production base of LLC "KRS-Weatherford" in Buzuluk, specialists of JSC "ZNPO Unicom" held a presentation of Steam generator sets supplied for the needs of LLC " UKRS-Weatherford.

During the work, the personnel of KRS-Weatherford LLC were trained to work on the steam generator set, as well as a demonstration was held to all invited and interested representatives of partner companies, among whom were:

In March 2012, the company CJSC "ZNPO" Unicom "was manufactured according to the technical specifications of the customer LLC "Technefteservice" and delivered a Drilling tank on a three-axle chassis (BE25.OSH-01).

At the beginning of March 2012 employees of JSC "ZNPO" Unicom " held a regular presentation of the steam generator set in the Far North. For this presentation, the steam Generator set was manufactured in combination with the tool workshop (PGU-01-PIM).

The presentation was held in several service companies engaged in well repair, such as LLC "Kogalymskoye URS" in Kogalym, LLC "Belorusneft Siberia" in Gubkinsky, LLC "Gazpodzemremont" in Novy Urengoy and a number of others. At the production site of Belorusneft Siberia LLC, a block of a preventer was presented for cleaning. Oil contamination was successfully removed from the equipment.

At the industrial landfill in Novy Urengoy, the PGU-01-PIM was tested in comparison with the PPU 1600. With the help of our equipment, anchors for fastening the lifting unit were successfully installed. Their splitting was also carried out. Also in a short time were thawed completely filled with ice casing f-219.

The result of the presentation was the conclusion of a number of contracts for the supply of more than 15 units of steam generator sets.

In February 2012 ZAO ZNPO Unicom completed a major contract for the supply of 60 steam generator sets combined with a mobile tool unit (PIM-PGU-01 Unicom) to Integra Corporation.

The novelty of this technical solution allows not only to save money on the purchase of two pieces of equipment, because both PIM and CCGT are located on the same chassis, but also in further operation, significantly reduce the cost of renting a steam generator, because getting a mobite tool unit in each crew of cattle or PRS at the same time You get
