In September 2017, the specialists of LLC "Plant of Oilfield Equipment "Unicom" began the development of the installation for storage and delivery of proppant. The project is implemented within the framework of the Company's participation in the implementation of the import substitution strategy, as this equipment has not been previously produced in the Russian market.
This unit is intended for use in multistage fracturing for storage and dosing of proppant. The design of the plant is based on Western technologies, as well as on the plant's own developments.
At the moment, the work on the project is coming to its conclusion. Upon completion, the plant will be sent for trial operation.
The shipment of the solution-salt unit with a capacity of 300 m3/day for the needs of PJSC "ВЧНГ"has been completed. For storage of a ready solution in this knot the capacities in volume of 100m3 executed on technology of multilayered polyethylene tanks "Unicom" on the basis of spiralnovityh profiled pipes are used. These tanks are not subject to corrosion, which is very important when working with aggressive environments.
...In 2015, the plant UNIKOM was sent for trial operation in CJSC "EPRS", Nizhnevartovsk, technological capacity polyethylene ET12.SPE volume of 12 m3. To date, 132 wells have been repaired at this capacity, with a total move to a distance of 2200 km. during the operation, only positive characteristics of the capacity were noted: low weight, lack of corrosion, high thermodynamic properties.
At the moment, the period of controlled operation is over and the company CJSC "EPRS" decided to expand the tank fleet with similar technological equipment.

This unit is based on the technology with the use of vertical tanks of solution preparation. This technology can significantly reduce the time required for complete dissolution of dry salt, thanks to the installation of hydraulic monitors and paddle agitator.
...In November 2015, the Unicom plant manufactured, delivered and put into operation a mobile solution-salt unit for LLC "Kogalym chemical plant" allowing to solve operational tasks for the production of salt solutions.
The structure of the unit includes: a vertical preparation tank equipped with a hydromonitor and a paddle mixer, which allows several times to reduce the time of preparation of the solution; a loading hopper for rastarki bags "BIG BAG" and a filter unit with replaceable filter elements. This technology of solution preparation has proven itself in more than ten companies and will be used in the design of all Solution-salt units of "Unicom".
...The next stage of construction of the solution-salt unit at the Yarudeyskoye field has been completed. The Park of storage of a ready solution, with a total volume of 400 m3 is established.
The Park consists of four tanks with a volume of 100m3, separated inside by a blind partition. The tanks are manufactured using the latest technology of spiral pipes made of low-pressure polyethylene. Production is carried out on imported equipment and has no analogues in Russia.
The advantages of this technology include high ring stiffness, low adhesion, inertness to any aggressive media including acids. By its design, the wall of the container is insulated, thanks to the middle layer of polypropylene pipe.
